WITHAM, Daniel, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, October 21, 1826; paper hanger; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1868 and 1869 terms; unseated by contest, January of 1869; died, November 18, 1904 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, Monument Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania (defunct); removed to Fairview Memorial Cemetery, Cape May Court House, Cape May County, New Jersey.
