MORGAN, George F., a Representative from Allegheny County; sergeant-major, 155th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1862-1863, Civil War); captain, Company G, 155th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1863-1865, Civil War); secretary, Allegheny County Republican Executive Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1869 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1870 term.
