DUNCAN, Alender Park, a Representative from Venango and Warren Counties; born, 1832; lieutenant colonel, Company L, 64th Regiment, 4th Pennsylvania Volunteer Cavalry (1861-1864, Civil War); farmer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1867 and 1868; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1869); died, May 27, 1886 in Auburn, Shawnee County, Kansas; interred, Auburn Cemetery, Auburn, Shawnee County, Kansas.
