CLARK, Junius Randolph, a Representative from Venango and Warren Counties; born, July 24, 1837 in Smethport, McKean County, Pa.; private, Independent Company, Biddle’s Infantry, Pennsylvania Emergency Militia (1862, Civil War); attorney-at-law; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1867 and 1868; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1869); engaged, oil business; co-founder and vice president, Philadelphia Oil Exchange; died, February 11, 1912 in Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania; interred, Oak Hill Cemetery, Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania.
