KASE, William Hibbler, a Representative from Northumberland County; born, August 21, 1806 in Rushtown, Northumberland County, Pa.; general, First Brigade, Eighth Division, Pennsylvania Militia; farmer; elected, auditor, Northumberland County (1844-1846); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1868 and 1869 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1870 term; died, August 28, 1871 in Rushtown, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania; interred, Rush Presbyterian Cemetery, Northumberland, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania.
