CRAIG, David, a Representative from Butler, Lawrence and Mercer Counties; born, February 29, 1824 in Cross Creek Township, Washington County, Pa.; attorney (1844-1873); elected as Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1869; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1870); elected, delegate, Pennsylvania Constitutional Convention (1872-1873); died, November 12, 1873 in New Castle, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania.
