GODSHALK, Abram, a Representative from Lancaster County; born, October 9, 1832 in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pa.; captain, Company H, 79th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1861-1864, Civil War); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1867 and 1869; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1868, 1870); died, March 31, 1916 in Mohnton, Berks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Mohnsville Cemetery, Mohnton, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
