McKINSTRY, Edward C., a Representative from Bucks County; born, circa 1843 in Bucks County, Pa.; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1868 term; reelected to the House for the 1869 and 1870 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1871 term; member Bucks County Democratic Committee; chair, Bucks County Democratic Convention (1880); elected, delegate, Democratic State Convention (1880, 1884, 1885).
