WALKER, Alanson Belcher, a Representative from Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming Counties; born, April 30, 1826 in New York; merchant; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1861 term; reelected to the House as a Republican for the 1871 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1862 and 1872 terms; died, November 30, 1878 in Nicholson, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Nicholson Cemetery, Nicholson, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
