KEECH, Joseph C., a Representative from Chester County; born, May 5, 1833 in Chester County, Pa.; railroad conductor, Pennsylvania Railroad; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1869, 1870, and 1871; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1872); unsuccessful campaign, Pennsylvania State Senate (1903); died, March 24, 1915 in West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery, Coatesville, Chester County, Pennsylvania.
