C., a Representative from Berks County; born, August 20, 1829 in Pennsylvania; clerk; telegraph agent; merchant; grocer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1869, 1870, and 1871; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1872); member, Democratic State Committee; died, November 25, 1906 in Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Peter the Apostle Church Cemetery, Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
