MILLAR, Alexander, a Representative from Allegheny County; born, 1822; clerk, select council, Allegheny County; president, Monongahela Valley Bank; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1868 term; reelected as a Republican to the House for the 1870 and 1872 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1869, 1871 or 1873 terms; died, December 11, 1892 in Wilkinsburg, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; interred, Cave Hill Cemetery, Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky.
