LITTLE, Robert Robbins, “R. R.,” a Representative from Susquehanna and Wyoming Counties; born, March 13, 1820 in Kortright, Delaware County, NY; appointed, judge advocate, Naval Court of Inquiry, United States Navy, Washington DC (1857); lawyer (1842-1892); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1848 and 1849 terms; unsuccessful campaign, United States Congress (1872); reelected to the House for the 1874 term, not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1875 term; died, February 7, 1892 in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
