CRESSLER, Dr. Alonzo L., a member from Luzerne County; born, May 8, 1828 in Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pa.; M.D., Jefferson Medical College(now Sidney Kimmel Medical College); physician; charter member, Luzerne County Medical Society; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1874 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1875 term; died, February 23, 1903 in Wilkes Barre, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania; interred, Conyngham Union Cemetery, Conyngham, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania.
