McCUNE, Seth Robinson, a Representative from Blair County; born, April 28, 1814 in Hollidaysburg, Blair County, Pa.; farmer; owner, grist mill; tax collector, Frankstown (1847); elected as a Whig to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1850 and 1851; reelected to the House as a Republican in 1872 and 1873; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1852, 1874); died October 16, 1886 in Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hollidaysburg Presbyterian Cemetery, Hollidaysburg, Blair County, Pennsylvania.
