WENDT, Dr. Christian Ihmsen, a Representative from Beaver County; born, July 24 1840 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; M.D., Cleveland Medical College; physician; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1875 and 1876 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1877 term; died, October 23, 1883 in New Brighton, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; interred, Grove Cemetery, New Brighton, Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
