THOMPSON, Dr. John Keene, a Representative from Indiana County; born, December 25, 1821 in Stonerstown, Bedford County, Pa.; physician; associate judge, Indiana County (1856-1866); elected, delegate, Republican State Convention (1869); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1875 and 1876 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1877 term; died, September 17, 1890 in Marion Center, Indiana County, Pennsylvania; interred, Marion Center Memorial Cemetery, Marion Center, Indiana County, Pennsylvania.
