(1874, 1879-1892); elected, justice of the peace, Templeton; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1874, 1875 and 1876 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1877 term; died, August 15, 1892 in Templeton, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania; interred, The Tidal Union Cemetery, Tidal, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
