SMITH, Dr. Aaron, a Representative from Berks County; born, circa 1827 in Columbia County, Pa.; hydropathic physician; proprietor, Grand View House, health resort; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1873; reelected to the House in 1874 and 1875; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1876); died, September 8, 1891 in West Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading, Berks County, Pennsylvania.
