(1889-1896, 1897-1901); first vice-president, Northeastern Pennsylvania Telephone Company; appointed, chief burgess, Starrucca borough (1911); died, December 6, 1918 in Starrucca, Wayne County, Pennsylvania; interred, Starrucca Cemetery, Starrucca, Wayne County, Pennsylvania.
