REAGAN, Charles R., a Representative from Union County; born in Winfield, Union County, Pa., August 25, 1880; graduated, Lewisburg High School; served, Company A, 12th Regiment, Pennsylvania National Guard (1899); coal, stone, lumber & farming business; elected, Winfield School Board; member, Union County Republican Committee; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to the 1939 term and served 7 more consecutive terms; appointed, Local Government Commission (1943-1948); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1954); trustee, Selinsgrove State School; board of directors, Lewisburg National Bank; died, August 14, 1962 in Lewisburg, Union County, Pennsylvania; interred, Lewisburg Cemetery, Lewisburg, Union County, Pennsylvania.
