KEYSER, William, a Representative from Bedford County; born, c. 1821; lawyer;  elected, sheriff, Bedford County; farmer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1875 and 1876 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1877 term; died, April 14, 1879 in Bedford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Schellsburg Cemetery, Schellsburg, Bedford County, Pennsylvania.
