HOLLENBECK, Conrad, a Representative from Potter County; born in Hebron Township, Potter County, Pa., November 19, 1847; graduated, Mansfield Normal School (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania), 1869; private, Company D, 207th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1864-1865, Civil War); lawyer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1874 and 1875; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1876); elected, county attorney, Dodge County, Ne. (1890-1895); elected, judge, 6th judicial district, Nebraska (1899-1915); elected, chief justice, Nebraska Supreme Court (1915); died, January 21, 1915 in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Nebraska; interred, Ridge Cemetery, Fremont, Dodge County, Nebraska.
