GOOD, Edwin Ashton, a Representative from Philadelphia County; born, 1837 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pa.; first lieutenant, Company A, 72nd Regiment, "Fire Zouaves," Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1861-1862, Civil War); clerk; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1875 and the 1876 terms; died while in office, March 15, 1876, in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interned, Laurel Hill Cemetery, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
