CRUIKSHANK, James S., a Representative from Montour County; born, September 18, 1836 in Berks County, Pa.; iron molder; proprietor, Cruikshank, Moyer & Co., foundry business; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1875 and 1876 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1877 term; died, May 31, 1900 in Pennsylvania; interred, Odd Fellows Cemetery, Danville, Montour County, Pennsylvania.
