WEAVER, Adam H., a Representative from Allegheny County; born, July 1, 1841 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pa.; private, Company G, 110th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1865, Civil War); flour inspector, Allegheny County (1873-1875); boss roller, Singer-Nimick & Co., steel plant (1875-1903); elected, common council, Pittsburgh (1876-1881); elected as Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1877 and 1878 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1879 term; proprietor, Hotel Weaver (1904-1905); died, September 7, 1905 in Monaca, Beaver County, Pennsylvania; interred, Union Dale Cemetery, Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
