QUIGLEY, Andrew Jackson, a Representative from Clinton County; born, February 25, 1827 in Youngwomanstown (now North Bend), Clinton County, Pa.; attended, Lock Haven Academy; engaged, lumber business; United States deputy marshal (1860); elected, treasurer, Clinton County (1857-1858); elected, commissioner, Clinton County (1867-1869); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1876; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1877); died, April 4, 1913 in Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Williamsport Cemetery, Williamsport, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.
