GREENAWALT, Henry Clay, a Representative from Franklin County; born, May 25, 1830 in Franklin County, Pa.; attended, Gettysburg College, 1849-1852; graduated, Princeton College (now Princeton University), 1855; farmer; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican to serve the 1877, 1878 and 1879 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1880); corporation clerk, assistant cashier and cashier, office of the State Treasurer (1880-1887, 1893-1906); chief clerk, office of Auditor General (1888-1892); died, April 22, 1906 in Fayetteville, Franklin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Cedar Grove Cemetery, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
