GRAFF, Edmund Dutilh, a Representative from Armstrong County; born, October 24, 1846 in Buffalo Furnace, Armstrong County, Pa.; graduated, Western University of Pennsylvania (now University of Pittsburgh), 1867; engaged, oil business; proprietor, Buffalo Woolen Mills, Worthington, Pa.; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1879 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1880); elected, delegate, Pennsylvania State Convention (1884); died, June 3, 1912 in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.
