WHITE, Rodney Lemuel, a Representative from Potter County; born, June 22, 1840 in LeRoy Township, Bradford County, NY; attended, Coudersport Academy; farmer; lumberer; merchant; elected, justice of the peace; elected, commissioner, Potter County (1871-1875); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1880; unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1882); elected, collector, Roulette (1893); died, March 22, 1905 in Roulette, Potter County, Pennsylvania; interred, John Lyman Cemetery, Roulette, Potter County, Pennsylvania.
