REYNOLDS, William Nicholas, a Representative from Wyoming County; born, November 30, 1847 in Factoryville, Wyoming County, Pa.; private, Company H, 187th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1864-1865, Civil War); captain, Company G, 9th Regiment, Pennsylvania National Guard (1876-1878); farmer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1880; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1882); proprietor, Packer House at Tunkhannock; unsuccessful campaign, sheriff, Wyoming County (1887); attorney-at-law; law partner, Reynolds, Doran and Reynolds (1902-1927); died, October 26, 1936 in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania; interred, Sunnyside Cemetery, Tunkhannock, Wyoming County, Pennsylvania.
