MILLIKEN, John David, a Representative from Juniata County; born in Spruce Hill Township, Juniata County, Pa., October 23, 1835; attended, Tuscarora Academy; school teacher; farmer; elected, delegate, Democratic State Convention (1880); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1881 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1882); died, January 18, 1893 in Spruce Hill Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania; interred, Lower Tuscarora Church and Cemetery, Academia, Juniata County, Pennsylvania.
