KELLY, James, a Representative from Fulton County; born, February 20, 1816 in Burnt Cabins, Bedford County (now Fulton County), Pa.; farmer; engaged in merchandising; miller; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1880; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1882); died while in office, February 12, 1882 in Burnt Cabins, Fulton County, Pennsylvania; interred, Burnt Cabins Cemetery, Burnt Cabins, Fulton County, Pennsylvania.
