(1862); merchant; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1881 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1883 term; died, March 8, 1884 in Porter Township, Clarion County, Pennsylvania; interred, Leatherwood Cemetery, Leatherwood, Clarion County, Pennsylvania.
