WALKER, John W., a Representative from Erie County; born April 19, 1832 in Erie, Erie County, Pa.; attended, Princeton University; major and paymaster, Company K, 145th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1862-1865, Civil War); lawyer; elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1883 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1885 term; died, February 13, 1913 in Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania; interred, Erie Cemetery, Erie, Erie County, Pennsylvania.
