BARNES, Watson T., a Representative from Susquehanna County; born, July 19, 1850 in Pahaquarry, Warren County, NJ; attended, Keystone Academy (now Keystone College); teacher; attorney-at-law; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1882; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1884); died, August 15, 1890 in Rush Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania; interred, Rush Center Memorial Park, Rush Township, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.
