HORTON, Warren H., a Representative from Elk County; born in Brandy Camp, Elk County, Pa., October 23, 1851; attended, Hellen School; attended, Harrisburg Academy; employed, Short & Wilcox Lumber Company; manger and co-owner, Short & Horton Lumber Company (1876-1882); partner, Ridgway Lumber Company (1885-1887); elected as a Democrat to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1885 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House for the 1887 term; engaged, mining, Arkansas; proprietor, Doniphan Lumber Company.; died, December 24, 1910 in Heber Springs, Cleburne County, Arkansas; interred, Brockport Cemetery, Brockport, Elk County, Pennsylvania.
