(1891-1910); school director, Wayne County; director, Farmers & Mechanics Bank; died, February 3, 1941 in Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania; interred, Glen Dyberry Cemetery, Honesdale, Wayne County, Pennsylvania.
