GRAHAM, Dr. George Stockton, a Representative from Washington County; born, December 26, 1839 in Dunningsville, Washington County, Pa.; attended, Jefferson College (now Washington and Jefferson College); M.D., Jefferson Medical College (now Sidney Kimmel Medical College), 1866; private, Company D, 39th Regiment, 10th Pennsylvania Volunteer Reserves (1861-1864, Civil War); farmer; physician; postmaster, United States Postal Service, Florence, Pa. (1880-1884); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1884; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1886); died, September 3, 1902 in Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania; interred, Fairview Cemetery, Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
