BEACH, Lawson C., a Representative from Crawford County; born, September 15, 1837 in Vernon Township, Crawford County, Pa.; B.A., Allegheny College, 1855; school teacher and principal; subscription-book agent; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican for the 1885 term; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1886); died, August 25, 1903 in Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Greendale Cemetery, Meadville, Crawford County, Pennsylvania.
