L. Morris & Co., mercantile business; co-owner, Williams & Co., general mercantile business; director, Scranton Packing Company; director, West Side Bank; director and treasurer, Cambrian Mutual Fire Insurance Company; elected, delegate, Republican National Convention (1896); engaged, real estate business; died, April 3, 1903 in Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania; interred, Washburn Street Cemetery, Scranton, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.
