FAUST, Samuel N., a Representative from Montgomery County; born, October 9, 1828 in Frederick Township, Montgomery County, Pa.; attended, Freeland Seminary (now Ursinus College); teacher; millwright; farmer; elected, delegate, Republican State Convention (1880); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1884 and 1886; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1888); died, August 31, 1907 in Frederick Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; interred, Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church Cemetery, Obelisk, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
