MILLER, Noah S., a Representative from Somerset County; born, July 17, 1837 in Somerset, Somerset County, Pa.; captain, Company D, 142nd Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (1862-1864, Civil War); farmer; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1887 and 1889 terms; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1890); died, December 2, 1921 in Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania; interred, Grandview Cemetery, Johnstown, Cambria County, Pennsylvania.
