LOOMIS, Milton O., a Representative from Bradford County; born, January 28, 1843 in Troy, Bradford County, Pa.; corporal, Company K, 2nd New York Volunteer Cavalry (1864-1865, Civil War); teacher; farmer; elected, commissioner, Bradford County (1885-1888); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1888; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1890); died, October 18, 1903 in East Troy, Bradford County, Pennsylvania; interred, Hilton Cemetery, Troy, Bradford County, Pennsylvania.
