KEEFER, Cyrus Thompson, a Representative from Franklin County; born, October 4, 1830 in Letterkenny Township, Franklin County, Pa.; farmer; elected, school director (1879-1882); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Republican in 1886 and 1888; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1890); died, February 12, 1907 in Greene Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania; interred, Cedar Grove Cemetery, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
