FAULKNER, John E., a Representative from Bradford County; born, April 10, 1838 in Earlville, Madison County, NY; educated, Genesee Wesleyan Seminary, NY; farmer; elected, burgess, South Waverly, Pa. (1886-1887); elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in 1888; appointed, Commission to Revise and Consolidate the Laws Relating to the Construction and Improvement of the Roads and Public Highways in the Commonwealth (1889-1890); unsuccessful campaign for reelection to the House (1890); died, September of 1922 in Tioga County, New York; interred, Glenwood Cemetery, Waverly, Tioga County, New York.
