ROBBINS, William H., a Representative from Bucks County; born, May 1, 1857 in Plumstead Township, Bucks County, Pa.; attended, Muhlenberg College; teacher (1878-1883); salesman, agricultural implements; elected, council, Doylestown (1886-1888); elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1888 and 1890; not a candidate for reelection to the House (1892); died, March 9, 1904 in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania; interred, Doylestown Cemetery, Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
