W., a Representative from Armstrong County; born, January 14, 1850 in Cochran’s Mills, Armstrong County, Pa.; attended, Jefferson Medical College (now Sidney Kimmel Medical College); M.D., University of Wooster Medical College, 1872; physician; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1891 term; died while in office, September 3, 1891 in Cochran’s Mill, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania; interred, Cochran’s Mill United Methodist Church Cemetery, Cochran’s Mills, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania.
