KINNEY, Marshall Girton, a Representative from Philadelphia County, born, August 1, 1853 in Scott Township, Columbia County, Pa.; graduated, Bloomsburg Literary Institute and Normal School (now Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania); graduated, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy, 1875; engaged, retail drug business; lawyer; manager, North American Mercantile Agency Company, Philadelphia; elected as a Republican to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 1891 term; died while in office, March 29, 1892 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania; interred, West Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bala Cynwyd, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
