BAKER, Charles Irvin, a Representative from Montgomery County; born, October 3, 1852 in Norriton Township, Montgomery County, Pa.; attended, Tremont Seminary, Norristown; merchant and manufacturer of perfume and face power; elected to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives as a Democrat in 1890 and 1892; unseated by contest, April 18, 1893; died, July 7, 1932 in Norristown, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; interred, Montgomery Cemetery, West Norriton, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
